Believing that God created the church for His mission, Serving Copts Inc. is committed to serving, training, challenging, inviting, funding, and cooperating with God’s local christian community to reach people for His glory.
Incarnational ministry can take on various forms and still be valuable in God’s kingdom work. The criterion for evaluating a ministry’s value in an environment where there has not been a saturation of the Gospel must move beyond result to essence and purpose. With that in mind, Serving Copts will look for numerous avenues of effective contextual ministry among Christians and work with national partners and other international ministries to identify how we can work together to make a greater impact. The work of reaching people and strengthening churches in the MENA region is far too large for any one ministry. The skills, financial resources, spiritual gifts, and contacts that will be necessary to fulfill God's vision for the Middle East will take people from the international community, and local Christian community. We must pool our resources and work together for the sake of His name. |
We are actively seeking opportunities to serve the local church and we are compelled by this simple understanding:
1. Arabs are the best people to reach Arabs. 2. We can work in relative freedom among Arab Christians. 3. So, we should serve Arab Christians so they are better equipped to reach their Arab neighbors. |
