Mission
We exist to serve the Christian population in Egypt and the Middle East by providing people who are appointed to serve there with basic preparation, financial accountability, and an organizational entity to raise support through. In addition, we hope to provide limited funding when possible, as project opportunities arise from the work of appointees.
We operate with the understanding that this Christian population is the door to accessing the rest of the
Middle East with the Gospel.

About us
The representatives of Serving Copts Inc. are individuals who have sensed a calling from God to serve the Christian Population of Egypt and the Middle East.
We believe that Christians in the Middle East are uniquely positioned to create a lasting impact in their region. And it is our goal to support them in this endeavor. There are approximately 10-15 million Christian background people in Egypt alone. We believe that this is not by accident and that the Egyptian church must be mobilized if the region is going to be reached. |

Why we serve Christians in the Arab world
At nearly 15 million people in Egypt alone, Christians throughout MENA represent the largest opportunity for the Church today.
|
Christians in the Arab world represent Christ in a very dark place. They rub shoulders with, go to work and school with their Muslim neighbors every day.
|
Christians in MENA tend to be under funded and under resourced. As western foreigners we can serve among Arab Christians in relative freedom.
|
At Serving Copts we hold to the idea that Arabs are the best people to reach Arabs. Still, we believe the great commission in scripture that compels all believers to "go" and make disciples of all nations. So, our role as committed Christ followers living in the west who fill compelled to be involved with what God is doing in the Middle East region should be one of serving and assisting. We view ourselves as the junior partners in this great work.
We don't travel as foreigners to a new place with all the answers, or assuming we can fix any problems, or that we are even able to adequately identify what the problems are. We go humbly as learners and servants, not experts and authorities.
